The add-on doesn't seem to support automatic language and dialect switching #20

I'm using version 0.20200215.01 of this add-on and it does not seem to support automatic language and dialect switching.

I used the following page to try this:
https://www.freedomscientific.com/SurfsUp/Languages.htm
This page is a good example because it makes use of all the eloquence languages.

Currently the add-on reads all the text in English even though the proper language codes are present.

The expected result is that the synthesizer could switch languages and dialects, if these options are enabled. Otherwise if they're disabled then it would continue to ignore the language information.

Thank you very much for your time and I look forward to any input you may have.

Thanks,

Brandon

this also happens with the latest version of the addon. I'd also like it to be fixed.
