Hi!

I have a quick question about UDP broadcast server (listener). Isn't it necessary to set SO_BROADCAST for socket?

Consider: https://man7.org/linux/man-pages/man7/ip.7.html

Datagrams to broadcast addresses can be sent or received only when the SO_BROADCAST socket flag is set.

As I know, SO_BROADCAST is only for the sender who send broadcast message。Maybe 'send or received' means client send and client receive
