PyNE Development Hack-a-thon

The PyNE Development Hack-a-thon is intended to be an opportunity for our geographically dispersed developers to gather. This allows us to concurrently concentrate on closing issues, making decisions, and proposing extensions to the code.

New developers are welcome, but are strongly encouraged to arrive having already built PyNE from source. Any installation issues will be handled in the first two hours of Friday morning. However, developers will be focused on development thereafter.

When : November 14-16, 2014

Where : The University of California Berkeley is thrilled to host this event. Friday and Saturday hacking will take place in the glassed-off conference rooms in the Berkeley Institute for Data Science (190, Doe Library). This building is in the middle of the Berkeley campus. Sunday hacking will take place in the Nuclear Science and Security Consortium conference space (2150 Shattuck, Suite 230). This building is immediately next to the BART station in Downtown Berkeley.
