I don't know why but the catalan flag is smaller

All flags are unicode emoji, while the catalan flag was added as a svg:
https://github.com/pyronear/pyronear.github.io/blob/master/_config.yml#L411

If it doesn't exist as unicode, we just need to edit the SVG or resize it properly :)

frgfm removed the invalid label
