Add contributing section to Pyronear.org

Motivation

In order to motivate visitors to our website to consider helping us, it would be nice having a new section dedicated to contribution. This section could contain a reference to our contact form and a link to our github

As an example :

Perhaps we could even mention the tech skills that could be of use and give examples about what they could do?
Since we want to get a wide community, I believe we need to go the extra mile 😅
