Add some components

it will be great if we could have some components in PyWebIO.

You can implement multiselect via pywebio.input.select(..., multiple=True) or pywebio.input.checkbox() in PyWebIO.

Slider input will be added to PyWebIO in the future release.

I wanted to have the selected choices in a separate field, which I think with JS is possible.

If the choices in different fields is independent, you can use input_group() to display a multi-fields input form:

form = input_group('multi-fields input, [
    checkbox(label='options 1', options=['A', 'B', 'C'], name='opt1'),
    checkbox(label='options 2', options=['D', 'E', 'F'], name='opt2')
])
put_text(form)

If the choices in different fields is dependent, you can refer to #74
