What are you missing?

Downloading the aggregated sample metadata sheet does not show the ontology for the selected species, specimen and analyte.

Why do you need a solution?

Since the ontologies can be considered the "ground truth" this should be fixed to ensure data consistency.
Additionally, the ontologies are already shown if the user is downloading a batch specific sample metadata sheet template (for editing the sample information within a batch) and in the sample overview grid itself, so this can be considered an oversight.

Ideas

Show the ontologies behind the Label of the species, specimen and analyte simliar to how it's shown in the batch specific sample metadata template sheet.
