Can not compile qbittorrent4.1.9

What is the problem?

I'm trying to compile qbittorrent 4.1.9 under the guide but encountered the following error during the linking process:

It seems like -lvals-NOTFOUND is causing the issue, but I'm not sure where it's coming from. I've searched for references to -lvals-NOTFOUND but still have no idea.

But this is your problem.

/usr/bin/ld: cannot find -lvals-NOTFOUND: No such file or directory

You probably have a pkg-config file in /usr/local/pkgconfig or similar and it's trying to link this library. Or you have weird LDFLAGS.
