Feature description

When I store some rasterdata tiles in PostGIS they are viewed in QGIS.
But when I store some rotated Rasterdatas in Postgis, the rotation is ignored in QIGS.

Saving rotated raster tiles can be reached by setting all Affine-Transform-Parameters (scaleX, skewX, scaleY, skewY), so that the SQL-Request respnds the following:
(642224.4344314212,5421289.135736248,250,250,3.827260890183656,-3.827260890183656,1.1627872025743182,1.1627872025743182,25832,3)

But all the rotation infos are ignored and the data is viewed unrotated.

It would be great if QGIS was able to display rotated raster data with PostGIS as well as it can with Geotiffs.
