@NHM55, please try if the issue occurs also using a new QGIS user profile. If it does, please provide step-by-step instructions to replicate the issue.

There is a big problem with qGIS!!
I can't describe a replicable pattern of steps that lead to the program crash ( now four times today...), but generally speaking, it occurs when clicking on or off the streaming aerial imagery that I frequently use.
