Corrupt tar files

This package seems broken: https://noaa-fisheries-integrated-toolbox.r-universe.dev/LHsampling/doc

Crashes in tar_stream_file when trying to get e.g. the pdf file.

OK so the cause is that this package has one huge filename:

Schemmel_An assessment of sampling approaches for estimating growth from fishery-dependent biological samples.pdf

This causes gnu tar to use pax extensions, which node does not seem to like.

Potential bugs:

• Catch errors in tar_stream_file? -> r-universe-org/cranlike-server@9ca7cd8
• Make sure build-source does not use pax extensions
• Figure out why tar-stream does not like pax extensions --> Invalid tar header: unknown format. (for ExtendedName) mafintosh/tar-stream#161
• Reject src uploads when we can't extract the metadata -> r-universe-org/cranlike-server@5eb12aa
• Get full stack trace?
• Do quit node on error --> Make express not quit on error #278

Workaround for bug in tar-stream when R CMD build says: using GNU extension for long pathname: r-universe-org/cranlike-server@6097fad
