• Give a moron role which restricts permissions such as globals, images and embeds to deserving users on demand.

Stretch

• Integrate with case system to automatically make a mod note on a user listing when it was given (and how long it was given for per the below?)
• Allow mod to specify duration. Say default of two weeks and mods can specify either a different time or permanent if it's deemed necessary. Bot keeps track and removes the role once time has expired.
