I use KDE in ubuntu. In building raar, I need install DE dependencies many times. I guess it's better to use the web browser as the client.

Thank you for your suggestion! However, RaaR currently has no plans to use a web browser as its GUI.
I can create a standalone package for Linux that you can download directly. Would that be helpful for you?
