Node IP address information hard to get #274

there's no page to see all the IPs

Nodes should show all the IPs that they have associated on the node view page.
Need to show the networks that are assigned:

dhcp conduits should be clear
ips assigned if IPs are allocated

partial fix in #284 which shows the information per node.
still missing global view.
