catalog doesn't equal collection

I think catalog should be renamed to collection. For example, Earth Search v1 has 7 collections, and it is one catalog containing those collections, but stac-browser says there are 7 catalogs.

This is intentional. STAC Browser is also meant for "novice" users and as such uses not too technical terminology. We want to make navigation for users easy, but splitting into Catalogs and Collections confuses some users because the difference is not clear, the difference between them is often not even clear to technical users (it's a FAQ). As such STAC Browser merges Catalogs and Collections. Catalog (explicitly not "STAC Catalog") is a generic term that is commonly understood and as such that's used.

You can change the phrases in the locales if you want to change this in your deployment.
