The roadmap.md file hasn't been updated since 0.5.0 or before. It should reflect the progress we made, as well as our focus for 0.7.0.

Can do this after release candidate and before 0.6.0, as it doesn't change the actual spec at all.

From #205, where it was part of the restructuring todo list, that didn't quite get completed.

Discussed this, and decided to remove the roadmap from this repo, and then put a roadmap on the stacspec.org website, see radiantearth/stac-site#13
