Dropdown Keyboard Navigation not responding to Arrow keys #2009

Describe the bug
As per the demo page https://blazor.radzen.com/dropdown?theme=material3 if you tab to a drop down then attempt to select an item using down or up arrows then nothing happens.

Strangely the Shift Key works but multiple presses of this flags up the Windows Caret Browsing dialog.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to https://blazor.radzen.com/dropdown?theme=material3
Tab to a Dropdown
Press down to attempt to select a different item.
Nothing happens

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: Windows 10 Ent
Browser: Chrome
Version: 132.0.6834.16
