Notifications stopped working

Expected behavior

Notifications and sounds work

Actual behavior

They did work until the day before yesterday; now, the debug console says
Jun-6 14:57:28.750 Notification (message) suppressed because: The user did not grant permission to show notifications
going to the preferences and clicking "show an example notification" works as expected.

More info

• Used to work fine until ~ last week.
• Sometimes ScudCloud prompt me at startup to allow notifications, sometimes it doesn't. If it does and i accept, it works fine.
• If you have multiple workspaces, a related bug happens: ScudCloud opens, show notification prompt then quickly switch to the other workspace which hide the prompt.
• ScudCloud does not show in my notification settings (screenshot below)
