[Feature Request] Add "modified" options for Spell Damage and Healing

Should we convert MOD_SPELL_DMG and MOD_HEALING into MOD_SPELL_POWER anywhere?

Do Cata Demonic Pact/Totemic Wrath apply to separated Healing/Spell Damage/School Damage, such as:

• Single-school suffix gear (still exists from 1-60 at least): Yes

• Earthliving Weapon: Yes
• Feral Agi->Healing conversion talent: Yes

Having confirmed all of these do apply, we'll need to be careful when updating the relationships to a DAG to prevent double dipping.
