Analysis of Screen Magnifier settings

Background: MorphicLiteClientWindows is currently capturing and applying settings for Screen Magnifier via bulk capture/apply in the system registry.

Task: Identify any core settings which are not being captured.

Task: Identify quirks which might affect bulk capture/apply of Screen Magnifier settings via registry read/write.

Task: Make recommendations for any related Screen Magnifier issues (e.g. identify if Screen Magnifier does not consistently pick up on new/changed/deleted settings on the fly).

Not a task: Evaluate alternate SystemSettings-based option for reading/writing settings for Screen Magnifier.
