Watch directory does not work with firefox

inotify based wath directory does not work with Firefox. Downloading directly to the watch directory leaves the torrent in the directory and it is not added. If I touch the file it gets added. It also works when downloading to another directory and moving to the watch directory.

Chromium works. It downloads to a temporary file and then renames, as opposed to Firefox that creates the .torrent file directly (it creates a temporary file only for big downloads)
