Can you send the md5 of JP toc? Also, what's different in terms of it's values?

We should just need to edit version_validation.py to use a new MSR_JP version, and probably name the other one MSR_U or something. Just make sure that the version difference wouldn't affect anything else (probably just a difference in the missing dev-environment assets?)
