Jump to bottom

Mouse does not switch to hover at the bottom of cog wheel. #85

Having the mouse at the highlighted line for the text makes the mouse go into hover mode

but it doesn't for the cog wheel

I just realized that its supposed to be a sun, not a cog. whoops.
