Working with FLAG_WINDOW_MOUSE_PASSTHROUGH

This is more of a design question.

I made an app that when you press the key P I run SetWindowState(FLAG_WINDOW_MOUSE_PASSTHROUGH); so my window is passthrough.

And once my app loses the focus it'll not get the keypresses to quit from the passthrough mode. How can solve this issue?

Without enabling some sort of system-level hotkey to disable passthrough, I think you would have to prevent passthrough for the case of the window being out of focus:

if (!IsWindowFocused()) {
    ClearWindowState(FLAG_WINDOW_MOUSE_PASSTHROUGH);
}
