Add build and run configuration files of bochs

• Because the default compile configuration of bochs doesn't work with bochspwn-reloaded. I tried bochspwn-reloaded's compile configuration in README.md and it doesn't work either. It lacks some options to compile success.

Always remember to change the value of BX_SUPPORT_REPEAT_SPEEDUPS to 0 in config.h when changing build configuration. I took a lot of time when I switched back from mingw64 to msvc build and bochspwn-reload didn't work. I realized that I forgot to change that value.
