Netlify does preview builds on pull requests, it's a nice feature to have.

Ideas for implementation:

Netlify builds the website on their CI but I don't want to implement a CI for this. Instead, the users can use their existing CI setup to build the website, create a tarball and send it over to pages to deploy it automatically.
