Summary

The auto PRs (for updating pre-commit) don't seem to trigger the pipelines which are expected to run. We need to investigate this.

Issue Type

  • Bug Report

Desired Behavior

CI is triggered when the pre-commit is auto-updated so the tests are run

Actual Behavior

Doesn't currently run the tests.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

See a PR from a pre-commit update and see no checks have run.

e.g. redhat-cop/ee_utilities#82
