Wrong minKubeVersion in splunk operator v2.7.0

The Splunk Operator version 2.7.0 supports minKubeVersion 1.27+, according to RedHat docs and the the official release, but it is set in this repo as 1.30+.
This is the version pulled when trying to install the operator on 4.14, which causes it to fail to install until I manually update the ClusterServiceVersion post install.
If this is the wrong place to write this, please let me know who I should contact.
