I recently updated one of my pi satellites to take advantage of the timer functionality, but now the satellite keeps re-triggering itself when I use timers or add items to a list, and sometimes with other actions.

I originally tried to update using the disable service, git pull, etc steps I found in another answer but re-running the script/run fails, so I tried the other suggestion of stop service, git pull, start service but then the service would no longer start (had an error about a missing timer module). So disabled the services and removed the folders and started over, this time with dreed47's script to save some time.

Service runs, wake word is recognized, timer and everything works EXCEPT everytime I add something to the shopping list the awake sound triggers again before it responds, then after it responds it is hung in the listening state and I have to mute/unmute it in HA a couple times to get it back. If I set a timer, it again plays the awake sound before it responds, but then after it responds to me it then responds to itself.

Sometimes, when trigger other things it will re-activate and respond to itself as well (I turned on a fan and it retrigger and responded to itself 3 times)

Could this be some kind of configuration problem?
