Update bundle generator for solver testing.

Create a new account, add 5 USDC to it, give the private key to solvers so they can generate their own bundles for testing.

Our default relayer should skip any bundles that have the output amount 3. ( we don't use 1 here, because first time everyone tests, they use output amount 1 lol )
