Order of contents

Is it easy to change the order of elements in the Contents box (actually...can I do it myself here https://github.com/rism-digital/muscat-guidelines/blob/main/default/guidelines.yml)? We'd prefer (not vital, but would be useful) to initially rearrange to the following, starting after point 4 Cataloging musical sources:
4 - Cataloging musical sources
5 - Personal names
6 - Institutions
7 - Secondary literature
8 - Subject headings
9 - Digital objects
10 - Abbreviations etc
11 - Other help

Thinking further, it would be good to make the "Cataloging musical sources" a bit more prominent and nest the authority files somewhat but I want to think about that more.
