Change URLs of guidelines pages

How are the URLs generated? Currently some of them look like they reflect old versions of the guidelines. Should I make suggestions for each page, or are they taken from another source?

https://guidelines-stage.rism.info/li_lit.html should be more like /secondary_literature or https://guidelines-stage.rism.info/institutions.html#in_contact should maybe just be #contact at the end.

Related to this, I am wondering if linking to other sections of the guidelines is feasible, such as if I write "See Standardized title (240)" and want to link to the guidelines on 240 on this page https://guidelines-stage.rism.info/masks.html , or if I say "see the RISM instrument abbreviations" and want to link to https://guidelines-stage.rism.info/abbreviations.html#abbr_voices_instr . Will that work in the translations?
