Random spotkin appearance

I don't know really how much of an issue this is - maybe more of an FYI. I had another random spotkin show up this week. So now I have Kristina's Radio and Sneaky Spotkin. They're both updating just fine. The only issue is really when I open the web app - I only have access to adjust Sneaky Spotkin currently. Again, not a huge issue because both playlists are set up pretty much as I would like and if one usurps the other - so be it.

I'm just not sure where this thing is coming from and I don't know what triggered it to appear. I'm still kind of thinking this is from development and probably a job that didn't get erased fully at some point. Maybe a 2nd job before that was removed? But, given that I had that other one appear back in September and now this one, I'm not sure how many may be lurking out there since I was creating/deleting/pushing lots of buttons with some frequency while testing.
