Access to nodes attributes

There is no consistent and convenient way to access a node's attribute from another node.

For example, dns under ipa_development can be set to the node name, and is converted to its IP address, but the same will not happen under vars.forwarder for an ADDC node.

There should be a way to allow access to a node's attribute when used as a value of another attribute.
