Here in this section https://oemof-b3.readthedocs.io/en/latest/getting_started.html#workflow-management-with-snakemake-separating-the-steps the handling of the rules in oemof-B3 could be explained better.

Possible ideas

Explaining wildcards
Example using one specific rule
List of all rules in oemof-B3 and how to execute them
