Add a changelog panel in the repository

Hello, I don't generate changelog panels because I feel that the commit history github page URL is a better generated changelog than anything I could put somewhere else. I view a changelog panel as kind of like a duplicate of the same thing as the commit history github page URL except with fewer features. In the commit history you can click on a detailed variety of buttons to view information about the code and even a direct link to browse the repository at that commit, which just isn't present on most changelog panels and it's much more convenient. I encourage you to add any details here about what's missing from or insufficient about the github commit history page URL.

If you notice that it's difficult to browse all the commits at once in the web UI, I encourage you to enter the repository folder using the command cd sm64ex-coop and then run the command git log. That will show you how to view multiple pages a bit more quickly. You can also download the VSCodium IDE and then manually compile and install the open source version of GitKraken GitLens into it.
