connect to a coop net game leads to a freeze or an infinite loading screen

1. try to connect to a coop net server

   clnnecting to the server

Are you sure you can consistently reproduce this, even after verifying you have a stable internet connection? When I join public coopnet lobbies on LineageOS 20 (Android 13), I see no issues.

could you try this: go into the folder /storage/emulated/0/com.owokitty.sm64excoop/user and move the sm64config.txt and sm64config-backup.txt out of that folder into somewhere else like Documents, then open the game and try again? That helped someone else with a similar problem.
