added "endOfLine": "auto" for eslint for VSC in Windows.
allow /dist in github, otherwise users would have to download the repo and build it themselves. Closes Where to find the dist/glify-browser.js ? #146
prettier changed the Readme quite a bit..

Or maybe we could use Github Actions to build the repo and write to the /dist folder?
