these links aren't incident, which is why they fail. we have logic to protect against assigning illegal routes (MATSimOps.confirmPathIsValid).

  • why is that not enough?
  • is the logic not sound in that test?
  • is there something happening where we are assigning these new paths but not correctly handling an edge case?
