Sadly, one can read at the beautier 'missing features' that protein sequences are not supported yet.

We can be creative in how to get this added (there are more that want this feature!). For example, I'd be happy to co-supervise you (or any other student) a student for a BSc/MSc project. Send me an email if you'd like to discuss other options!
