There should actually be two of them in my opinion, on the same row as the Question Proposal one:

  • Found a bug? Report here. - Leading to a GitHub wiki page which contains information about reporting a new issue
  • Contribute - Leading to the official GitHub repository

After some more investigation, what I described above can be easily added by using static pages (they can be created from control panel). Therefore, we can add a static pages fixture which creates two pages which in turn point the external urls (github.com).
