@TeXhackse As we talked about:

Large image file sizes can balloon the size out the output pdf. The Hack Ma's slides are 50mb, about 100x most of the other presentations.

Is it possible scale the images to 300dpi, add a preprocessor to crop the images in advance?

It's definitely an issue for display on the website.

@Mullana, do you have any thoughts?
