grade encouragement to ensure peer reviews happen?
Restrict to web available datasets, so that peers can run notebooks (otherwise state, data, is lost)
writing Google comments on notebooks is nicer than writing Python comments inline and doesn't require edit permissions on notebooks, just view permissions
just call it HW 05 to be less intimidating
