Strange "Tested up to" value #64

This plugin shows "6.8" as "Tested up to" value:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/apcu-manager/

But there is no "6.8" anywhere. It is 6.7 is trunk and the recent tag:
https://plugins.svn.wordpress.org/apcu-manager/trunk/readme.txt
https://plugins.svn.wordpress.org/apcu-manager/tags/4.1.0/readme.txt

And the for the "Git Updater" from Andy Fragen it is shown as "6.8.2", but the plugin only uses "6.8":

Any idea why the plugin is showing this wrong values?
