codecov badge is not working

Codecov is broken.

@alisiafadini or maybe @kmdalton -- I need help figuring out what's up with codecov. For some reason, it hasn't been active for the meteor repo ever since we migrated from @alisiafadini 's personal account to rs-station.

@kmdalton for the other rs-station projects, how does this work? In your personal codecov account, can you see the projects in the organization since you're some kind of admin? Or maybe it's still under your account @alisiafadini ? I admit I am confused, but after quite a bit of clicking around, I think I lack the power to fix this one!

I remember something like this happening when we migrated reciprocalspaceship / careless. I can't say I remember exactly what I did to fix it. I'll try to look into it. We should document the solution when we discover it.
