Minor reorganization of the bank's partner page

Why?

The button for export is well-separated from the information it is exporting. It should be with it.

Details

To see the relevant page:

• sign in as [email protected]
• then click "Partner Agencies" and "All Partners" in the left-hand menu
• click on a partner's name
• the "Export Partner Distributions" button is currently just above the contact information, at the right edge of the page. It only shows up if the partner has distributions associated with it, though (check the Prior Distributions at the bottom of the page).
• It should be with "Prior Distributions", the section at the bottom of the page. Ideally, put it on the same line as "Prior Distributions"
