Summary

Move the buttons on the product drive view above the donation list

Why?

Puts the buttons for correction and deletion next to the information they refer to

To see this:

Sign in as [email protected]
Click "Community", then "All Product Drives" in the left hand menu
Click "View" beside a product drive

What we want

Move the "Make a correction" and "Delete" buttons above the donation list.
Note: The Delete button might be hidden -- we have an issue in the works to hide it if there are any donations on the product drive.
