In Cargo.toml this crates is labeled as actively developed. Is this still accurate because there has not been a release in over a year? If it is unmaintained i would like to take some maintain burden for this crate

@kjetilkjeka Please consider adding this crate to the Rust Bus. This will strengthen the confidence in this crate's maintainer ship.

The maintenance status has been indicated in README as "looking for maintainer" since eaf03f2.

Given that it may take some time for a new maintainer to step up, I support the suggestion of adding Rust Bus. This would allow a new maintainer to step up even when @kjetilkjeka can not approve them as a successor.

Thanks for the original suggestions and thanks for sparking life into this issue. I have invited Rust Bus to be an owner of the crate. if @ironhaven would still like to take some of the maintenance burden I would welcome it.

@kjetilkjeka I would be glad to help out with the maintence burder. We could start with me having write access to the repostory only having the ability to make code changes or resolve issues and you having control over releases and what get sent to crates.io. Or if you felt very comfortable with someone else maintinaintg the library you could give me both repo access and crates.io publishing power. Do whatevery you think is best!

That's great, there have been some PRs and issues the last weeks. I would appreciate review comments on those. Testing compile times for #49 would also be great help.

I'm not sure if this is useful but I wrote an overhaul of this crate which solves some issues https://github.com/JonathanWoollett-Light/ux2
