On my Mac when I switch off WiFi, disconnected is reported correctly. But when I switch WiFi back on it is still reported as disconnected.
I would expect to have a connection back then or at least report that the device is back on and we can epect an upcoming connection soon so that we maybe can work with a Dispatch.after.

Hi @stherold thanks for reporting this issue - I've experienced this issue in the core Connectivity project as well - it's essentially down to the Network framework not reporting the change in state back to connected in a timely manner. I'll seek to introduce the polling while offline functionality that Connectivity has which should resolve this issue. That way the switch should be detected more quickly.
