MIT Open License Agreement

This Open License Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into between the Licensor and the Licensee. By using or accessing the Licensed Material, the Licensee agrees to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

Definitions

  • Licensor: Sai Rohit
  • Licensee: The World
  • Licensed Material: Open Repository Access

Grant of License

The Licensor grants the Licensee a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, and perform the Licensed Material, subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Scope of Use

The Licensee may use the Licensed Material for any lawful purpose, including commercial and non-commercial projects, provided that proper attribution to the Licensor is given in a reasonable manner.

Modification and Derivative Works

The Licensee may modify the Licensed Material and create derivative works based on it. However, all derivative works must also be made available under the same terms as this Agreement.

No Warranty

The Licensed Material is provided "as is." The Licensor makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the Licensed Material.

Limitation of Liability

The Licensor shall not be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Licensed Material, even if the Licensor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Termination

This Agreement will automatically terminate if the Licensee breaches any of its terms. The Licensee may also terminate this Agreement at any time by ceasing all use of the Licensed Material and destroying all copies.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The World. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of The World.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written.

Acceptance

By using or accessing the Licensed Material, the Licensee acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
